West Hill Mobile Manor is a family friendly Mobile home park; it is a diverse community with residents of many cultures and age groups.
We have a good relationship with local law enforcement; as part of the S.T.A.R. (Safe Tenants & Rentals) program, all tenants have signed a crime free addendum, stating their desire for and willingness to be a part of a crime free community.
All homes are owned by residents and rentals are not allowed. Tenants are not allowed to rent their homes. We believe this provides a more stable community and encourages better neighbors.
We are conveniently located close to the bus line, Shopping malls, schools, hospital, and Redondo Beach and Saltwater State Park.
The Park includes activities such as a Christmas lighting contest, and community yard sale every summer to help keep things tidy throughout the park.
