We are a small all ages Mobile Home Park Community of 50 spaces. We opened in 1973. Since our residents own their mobile homes, we have no rentals in the park.
Our park is secluded and quiet with large lots on a U shaped property and very well lit. Landscaping consist of trees, bushes, and gravel. Each lot has individual irrigation systems.
We are close to malls, grocery stores, and bus lines.
This is a great community for retirees, working class, or our winter visitors. If you enjoy living in a very quiet community, this is the place for you.
